Forrest: Yup. I remember the TV spot but the Ngoc Nam spots were not my doing. I did Elbow Grease, Better Living Through Chemistry and a couple of other spoofs but they only aired once or twice on "Panorama" before we retired them. The fact that the Papa-san spots were pulled probably reflects JUSPAO's sense of humor. They do have that certain Kalish flavor to them! The only time I ever got in trouble was with a Christmas special I produced. I can't even remember what it was all about but I do remember I had the Mormon Tabernacle doing "Silver Bells"...."Silver bells, its Christmas time in the City...." and in the final product, Bob Casey dubbed in the sound of machine guns and bombs exploding in the background. While it portrayed a delicious irony it would not have been my druthers. I took the heat. Tiger 3181, wasn't it? And the old Digest phone number was OX 44821. I can remember crap like that but I can't remember where I put my keys now!
