Don Burns was the "Operation Gibraltar" voice.  COL Nash did the tag on the VD spots ("...work continues on this important project...").  MAC0I was not amused!  I was there the night Scotty Brink put most of the tape together, along with Ron Nottleson (sp), Preston Cluff, and Nick Palladino.  Scotty was a production genius, created his own promos and FX.  Late night hi-jinks!
